So you’ve done your shopping and are wondering just how long will it be until you can parade your cool t-shirt or designer clothing? Please note because of Covid some orders could be delayed. Every order at Mttindo we fulfill will be processed within 1-2 days and please allow 7-10 business days to ship.
Here are a few things to consider:
• We ship in business days. Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.
• Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
• Mttindo is a regional company – we work with production/designers and shipping partners all over the world to get your things to your doorstep, where ever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual time frames may vary from region to region.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Once you’ve clicked through to our secure checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.95.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed you can track your package with your order number on the order tracking page.
• Where does my order ship from?
We are located in Canada and we will ship your order by Canada Post postal service, (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email which will be sent to you.
Duty
All purchases made outside of Canada may be subject to duty fees.

Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the time frame provided, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait), but you can contact us at any time at info@mttindo.com.

Our head offices is 1826 Robertson Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K2H 1B9, Canada. However we are an international online marketplace so we shipping all over the world from various international designers.
