Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Mttindo Online Shop (“Mttindo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your participation in our Affiliate Program. By participating in the Mttindo Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Program Overview
1.1. The Mttindo Affiliate Program allows participants (“Affiliates”) to promote Mttindo products and earn commissions for referred sales.
1.2. To become an Affiliate, you must complete the application process and agree to these Terms.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting Mttindo products in a lawful and ethical manner.
2.2. Affiliates must adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards while promoting Mttindo.
2.3. Affiliates must not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices.
2.4. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate status when promoting Mttindo products.
3. Commissions
3.1. Affiliates earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
3.2. Commissions are calculated based on a percentage of the sale amount, as specified in your Affiliate Agreement.
3.3. Commissions are typically paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold.
4. Payouts
4.1. Payouts are typically made via PayPal, but other methods may be available as specified in your Affiliate Agreement.
4.2. Affiliates are responsible for any fees associated with receiving payments.
5. Tracking and Reporting
5.1. Mttindo will provide Affiliates with tracking and reporting tools to monitor their referrals and commissions.
5.2. Mttindo’s tracking system is the sole method for calculating commissions.
6. Termination
6.1. Mttindo reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
6.2. Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice to Mttindo.
7. Changes to the Program
7.1. Mttindo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.
7.2. Changes to these Terms or the commission structure will be communicated to Affiliates in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Mttindo will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from Affiliate participation in the program.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. Affiliates must keep confidential any non-public information received from Mttindo.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.Â

11. Entire Agreement
11.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
By participating in the Mttindo Affiliate Program, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to be bound by them. Mttindo may update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Affiliate Program.
