Mttindo is an online Marketplace is an e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers. It allows individuals and businesses to buy and sell a wide range of products and services online. Mttindo is dedicated to finding the best in African clothing and accessories from around the world.
2. How do I create an account on Mttindo?
To sign up, click on the “Account” or “Register” button on our homepage. You can create an account using your email address, phone number, or social media accounts. Follow the instructions to complete your profile.
How Do I Make A Purchase?
Making a purchase is easy. Once you have found the item you want to purchase, select your size, and click ‘Add to Bag’. The item you have selected will appear in your shopping bag, on the top right hand of the screen.
Either continue to browse and select items to add to your bag, or when you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout from the bag icon and follow the straightforward prompts to complete your purchase.

What are the forms of payment you accept?
We accept the following credit cards, VISA Master Card American Express Other forms of payment: Mttindo E-Gift Cards, Amazon Pay.
My Size Is Not Available On The Site, Is It Still Possible To Get The Item?
The sizes available on the website reflect what’s in stock at any given moment. However, if there’s anything you’d like, please contact us directly at info@mttindo.com. We will be happy to liaise directly with the designer to see if we can place a special order for you.
How does your shipping work?
We work directly with our designers to ensure that your items are shipped quickly and efficiently in partnership with shipping companies. As shipments are organized directly from the designer to you, we are working closely with them to ensure this is as smooth as possible.
How Will I Know If You Have Received My Order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. In the rare chance that item you have selected is unavailable, we will contact the designer directly on your behalf to check availability. However, if it is not possible to source the item for you, we will inform you of the unavailable item and your payment for the item will not be processed.

1. How do I set up my online shop on Mttindo?
If you are a high end African designer looking to sell your items on Mttindo, all you have to do is go to our designer registration page and sign up. Once you have signed up we will review your collection and let you know if you have been approved to sell on Mttindo.
2. What types of products can I sell on Mttindo?
You can sell a wide range of products, including, fashion items, handmade crafts, digital goods, and much more. However, please review our Seller Guidelines for any restricted or prohibited items.
3. What does it take to be approved on Mttindo?
The only thing we require to sell your collection on our shop is that you main pictures have a clear background and your items are in ghost mannequin photography (The “ghost mannequin” effect, also known as the “invisible mannequin,” “3D mannequin,” or “hollow man,” is a simple and powerful post-production technique for apparel product photography that solves the showcase problem.) The main picture should be this way but all other photos may be anyway you would like.
4. Are there any fees associated with having a shop on Mttindo?
Yes, Mttindo charges a commission fee for each successful sale made through your shop. The fee structure may vary depending on the type of product or service you offer. Refer to our Seller Agreement for specific fee details.
5. How do I manage my shop's inventory and listings?
Use the Seller Dashboard to add, edit, or remove product listings. You can also manage inventory, set prices, and update product descriptions and images from this central hub.
6. How are payments processed for my sales on Mttindo?
Mttindo uses a secure payment gateway to process transactions. Payments from customers will be deposited into your designated account, and you can choose from various payment methods depending on your location.
7. What is the process for shipping and fulfilling orders?
As a seller, you are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly. You can set your own shipping methods and rates. When an order is placed, you’ll receive shipping information and must provide tracking details to the buyer.

Selling your collection on Mttindo will give you all the benefits of selling on an international store and stage. We will always promote our designer though digital and traditional marketing. Through out the year we will be promoting our designer by having different show cases around the worlds and we will also be helping our designers by putting on fashion shows around the world. Our first show will be at Miami Fashion Week for the Cabana show next year.
